Many Apex lé Maison products are produced in limited quantities and may sell out without restock.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct errors, and refuse or cancel orders. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded.

5. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Unless otherwise stated, prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Taxes, duties, shipping charges, and other applicable fees may be added at checkout.

We may refuse or cancel an order due to suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or product errors, inventory availability, or other legitimate business reasons.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

6. Shipping

Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Apex lé Maison is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees unless otherwise stated at checkout.

7. All Sales Are Final

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Apex lé Maison does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please carefully review all product descriptions, measurements, sizing information, colors, quantities, and shipping details before completing your purchase.

If you receive an incorrect item or an item that arrives damaged or defective, please contact us promptly after delivery. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
